Create a UPI QR for an Order or Invoice

Enter the UPI ID that should receive the payment and confirm the payee name. You can leave the amount empty for a reusable QR, or add an exact order amount for a customer-specific payment request. Use the note field for an invoice number, order number or another reference that helps you reconcile the payment.

Check the QR before sending it

Scan the downloaded QR with a UPI app and verify the displayed payee, UPI ID, amount and note. Generating a QR does not verify that the UPI ID belongs to the intended business, and it does not confirm that a payment was completed.

Record the completed payment

After confirming the transaction in your bank or payment application, create a receipt with the invoice reference and transaction ID. Do not treat a customer screenshot alone as final payment confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the amount be changed after downloading the QR?

No. Generate another QR when you need a different fixed amount. Leave the amount empty when the customer should enter it.

Does this tool receive or track payments?

No. It only creates the UPI payment data encoded in the QR. Confirm every payment through your bank or payment provider.
